スクワットマン（以下「本アプリ」）は、ロンゴトメディア株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供します。本アプリは、広告なし・課金なし・個人情報なしを掲げる作品です。本ポリシーは、本アプリが何を扱い、何を扱わないかを正直に説明します。
本アプリは、位置情報を使う任意機能「ピースエナジー地図」（第2章末尾）をオンにしないかぎり、以下を一切収集しません。
本アプリには広告がなく、いかなるデータも第三者に販売しません。
本アプリには、しゃがんだ場所を匿名で地図に灯す任意機能「ピースエナジー地図」があります（初期設定オフ）。これをオンにしたときの取り扱いは、下記「2-2. ピースエナジー地図（任意・位置情報）」で具体的に説明します。また将来、ランキングや友達連携といった任意機能を追加することがあり、その際は本ポリシーを改定して具体的に説明します。いずれの任意機能も、使わないかぎり当社はあなたについて何も収集しません。
1日1回の「号令」（プッシュ通知）をあなたの端末に届けるために、次の2点だけを当社のサーバー（Supabase）に保存します。
これらは「号令という手紙を届けるための、宛名のない住所」にあたります。誰がしゃがんだか、いつしゃがんだかを当社が知ることはありません。
なお、サーバー（Supabase）やプッシュ配信基盤の利用に伴い、サービス提供に必要な範囲で、アクセスログ（IPアドレス等）が一時的に記録されることがあります。これらは号令の配信・不正防止の目的に限って扱い、あなたの行動の追跡には利用しません。
しゃがんだ場所を日本地図に「匿名の光」として灯す任意機能です。初期設定はオフで、号令ごと・設定でいつでも切り替えられます。位置情報の許可は、この機能をオンにしたときにのみ求められます。オンにすると：
号令を受け取るには、端末の通知許可が必要です。許可は任意で、端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。許可しない場合でも本アプリは動作しますが、号令は届きません。
保存する情報は前述の2点（および「ピースエナジー地図」をオンにした場合の匿名の貢献データ）で、サービス提供に必要な期間だけ保持します。本アプリを端末から削除すると、以後その端末は号令の宛先ではなくなります。地図に灯した光は記録ページの公開トグルでいつでも取り消せます。保存済みの匿名トークンや貢献データの削除を希望される場合は、下記までご連絡ください。
本アプリは特定の個人情報を収集しません。13歳未満のお子さまが利用される場合は、保護者の方の判断のもとでご利用ください。
内容を変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、最終更新日を改めます。
Squatman ("the App") is provided by Analects Media, Inc. ("we", "us"). The App is a work built on a simple promise: no ads, no payments, no personal data. This policy honestly explains what the App does and does not handle.
Unless you turn on the optional location feature "Peace Energy Map" (end of Section 2), the App collects none of the following:
The App contains no advertising and we never sell any data to third parties.
The App has an optional feature, the "Peace Energy Map," that lights up where you squatted anonymously on a map (off by default). How it is handled when you turn it on is described below in "Section 2-2. Peace Energy Map (Optional, Location)." We may also add optional features such as rankings or friend connections in the future, described by updating this policy at that time. Unless you use any of these optional features, we collect nothing about you.
To deliver the once-a-day "call" (a push notification) to your device, we store only the following two items on our server (Supabase):
Think of these as "an address with no name on it," used only to deliver the letter that is the daily call. We never learn who squatted or when.
Note that, through the use of our server (Supabase) and push delivery infrastructure, access logs (such as IP addresses) may be temporarily recorded to the extent necessary to provide the service. These are handled solely for delivering the call and preventing abuse, and are not used to track your behavior.
An optional feature that lights up where you squatted as an anonymous light on a map of Japan. It is off by default and can be toggled anytime (per call and in settings). Location permission is requested only when you turn this feature on. When on:
Receiving the call requires notification permission on your device. This is optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings. The App still works without it, but no call will arrive.
We store only the items described above (plus the anonymous contribution data if you turn on the "Peace Energy Map"), for as long as needed to provide the service. If you delete the App from your device, that device is no longer a destination for the call. You can remove a light you placed on the map anytime via the "publish" toggle on your records page. To request deletion of a stored anonymous token or contribution data, contact us below.
The App collects no specific personal information. If a child under 13 uses the App, please have them do so under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
本アプリは健康や運動の習慣づくりを楽しむための作品であり、医療上の助言・診断・治療を目的とするものではありません。スクワット等の運動は、ご自身の体調と能力に合わせ、無理のない範囲で行ってください。運動の前に軽い準備運動を行い、痛みや異常を感じた場合は直ちに中止してください。持病・けが・妊娠中などで不安がある場合は、運動前に医師にご相談ください。本アプリの利用に起因して生じたいかなる傷害・損害についても、当社は責任を負いかねます。号令（通知）に従うかどうかは常にあなたの自由です。
The App is a work meant to make building a movement habit fun; it is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Perform squats and any exercise within your own physical condition and ability, and do not overexert yourself. Warm up lightly before exercising, and stop immediately if you feel pain or anything unusual. If you have any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, consult a physician before exercising. We accept no liability for any injury or damage arising from your use of the App. Whether or not you answer the call (notification) is always your choice.
